Following the success of its previously developed industrial park projects, the Trang Due 3 Industrial Park, with a total area of 652.73 hectares, is being developed by Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation as the infrastructure investor. The project is currently undergoing necessary legal procedures and is expected to officially offer business land by the end of 2025. The industrial park is oriented toward attracting domestic and foreign investment projects in high technology, supporting industries, and environmentally friendly sectors.
I. LAND FUND FOR SUBLEASE
Trang Due 3 Industrial Park has received the Investment Policy Approval from the Vietnam Prime Minister under Decision No. 86/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2025. According to the approved master plan, the industrial park covers a total planned area of 652.73 hectares, located in Truong Tho, Truong Thanh, An Tien, and Bat Trang communes, An Lao District, Hai Phong City. The project has an operational term of 50 years from the date of the investment policy approval decision.
