Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation received Excellent Emulation Flag of the Government

         Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation (SHP) is a subsidiary of Kinhbac City Development Holding Corporation (already listed on the stock exchange with KBC). SHP Company was assigned as the investor to implementation project Trang Due Industrial Park by  People's Committee of Hai Phong City with the scale of 400ha Industrial Park and 200ha urban services and housing workers.

        In late 2007, the company was handed over to the City People's Committee to develop industrial land for Phase 1 area of ​​200ha.         Perseverance, endurance step by step overcome the economic recession and declining investment, early  in 2013, after a period of researched and surveyed in many countries, LGE Corporation (South Korea) has decided to choose Trang Due industrial Park to invest a combined production of electronic products and electrical appliances with a total investment of 1.5 billion dollars. This is a foreign investment project about production biggest in Vietnam of the year 2013. Contribute to the achievement brought Haiphong is the third largest local in country about attracting investment LGE project shortly after was grant investment license have quickly deploy production complexes and is considered as a fast record, at present, less than 1 year after the date of grant of license, combination products with over 100,000m2 factory of phase 1 has step by step come into production, in October to be officially inauguration the production and export of electronic products, electrical appliances to the world, especially the localization rate of project is expected to contribute over 50% largely on the innovation process model and high growth recovery of Hai Phong port City.

        In 2014, serial success, only 7 months of the year, SHP has also attracted 10 new investment projects with total investment capital registered of 225 million dollars, this figure will not stop because company is continuing negotiations with other potential investors.

     September 2013, 400ha entire planning of Trang Due Industrial Park is also decided to merge into the Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Hai Economic Zones of Hai Phong City by the Prime Minister.  With economic zone regulations, investment projects into Trang Due Industrial Park will be entitled to the highest preferences of Vietnam government as tax-free income is now 4 years, 50% reduction for the next 9 years. The tax rate for the first 15 years is applied to 10%, with this advantage and the advantage of its strategic location near the Cat Bi airport, Hai Phong Port, abundant human resources, the dynamism and creativity of Party and Government of City, Hai Phong is currently emerging as an ideal investment destination of foreign investors. Thanks to the outstanding results in a short time basically filling phase 1 industrial park, SHP is communicating investments totaling 200ha of land to grow enough 400ha industrial park by Hai Phong People's Committee.
