VICE PRESIDENT OF HAI PHONG PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE FOLLOWS CLOSELY PROJECT OF SECOND PHRASE OF TRANG DUE INDUSTRIAL PARK

The participation of delegation includes representative of relative competent authority and Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority. The first step of the industrial park with are 187ha, now rented are is up to 97%. The second step of the industrial park is quickly implementing land clearance to reach with investor’s schedule.

In the meeting, Mr Bui The Long – General Director of Trang Due Industrial Park had presented each difficulties on second step. The land clearance facing to difficulties when the canal of Hoang Lau village discharge into Lach Tray river pass to industrial park area. So, the industrial park has to rearrange the location of this canal, it also wastes time of our industrial park. Sai Gon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation already prepare for 2 methods to propose to the Hai Phong City decision. Mr Le Thanh Son – Vice president has assigned for Department of Agriculture and SHP to deal with this issue as soon as possible, beside that it must be reach water protection standard.

Another difficulty of land clearances is compensation of land and asset attached to the land of Luong Hue Chicken farm with area 6ha in the industrial park land.  Mr Vice president directly assigns An Duong District and SHP quickly check and move the Chicken Farm. Regarding to the collective rubbish place at Hong Phong Commune, Mr Vice President also put to find the solution.

About urban area planning 42 ha based on the city master plan, SHP wrote project to submit to Department of Planning and Investment to issue the investment certificate. About third step of industrial park, Mr Vice President propose HEZA to speed up submitting the document to the Hai Phong People’s Committee to prepare for next step implementation.

Mr Le Thanh Son emphasized that, Trang Due Industrial Park is very important industrial zone of the city. Now requirement of infrastructures is in urgent situation because of demand of clients. Therefore, SHP must report daily, weekly work to the competent department follow closely.
